Get those legs turning over this winter and reap the rewards in your races this spring! I'll be hosting a community workout for local runners of all paces, ages, and abilities each Friday beginning January 13 and ending February 17 in 2023.
The focus will be on drills, efficiency, and short bursts of speed. These are FUN workouts customizable to your fitness level. However, to participate, runners should be able to run at least 3 miles comfortably and be cleared for exercise by a medical professional.
Warm-up starts at 5:30PM and workouts will last no more than one hour. Headlamps and reflective clothing encouraged!
